Usage instructions:
Directions:As a dietary supplement, for children over 6 months old, mix one serving daily based on weight with breast milk or any other food or drink. For infants under 6 months or for more customized recommendations for all ages, use as directed by your pediatrician. GNC recommends consulting with your pediatrician prior to consumption because of each child's unique nutritional needs. Shake well before use. Refrigerate and use within 90 days after opening.Dosing chart for babies and children 6 months and older:Body weight: 16-20 lb - 21-30 lb - 31-over 35 lb.Age: 6-12 months - 1-3 years - 3-5 years.Dose: 0.25 ml - 1 ml - 2 ml.DHA: 25 mg - 100 mg - 200 mg.Vitamin A: 9.375 mcg - 37.5 mcg - 75 mcg.Vitamin D: 0.44 mcg (17.5 IU) - 1.75 mcg (70 IU) - 3.5 mcg (140 IU).Vitamin E: 0.09 mg - 0.375 mg - 0.75 mg.
